PARTIES INVOLVED YOUTH WORK

We achieve our aims only if we’re able to bring together skilled workers and managers from numerous organisations to work on our projects and programmes. This requires active partner management. This enables us to develop trans-local networks within the field of youth work and means we’re able to institutionalise our impacts via contracts with public regional authorities, youth education agencies, foundations and businesses. We further educate our employees in Germany, and abroad, by for example, organising international exchanges amongst skilled workers. We also go one step further by organising “Change Workshops”. These events ensure that better methods are quickly adopted by institutions.
