A CAREER FOR HER (EINE KARRIERE FÜR SIE)

The Idea
In North Africa, the position of women in the labour market remains difficult, particularly in rural areas. Women are particularly affected by issues including illiteracy and the informal economy. As part of the programme, “A Career for Her“, female students from regional areas are supported for a period of four years. They benefit from comprehensive measures to help them enter employment. In parallel to their studies, women undertake a programme consisting of multiple modules and become a source of information in their local area.
